Nike Factory Store - Omaha

Today I witnessed a check out employee, Emma, be energetic and courteous to white customers but when non-white customers checked out at her station she made no eye contact, spoke to her fellow employee adjacent to her register, short and rude, and literally dropped the shoe boxes into the sacks. I suggest better training for this location’s staff starting with their leadership.

I showed up today, and when the temperature wasn't even that hot, they closed the store, supposedly for cooling issues, when all they had to do was prop open the doors and let in some air. Apparently, they don't care about folks who drive long distances to show up. I told an employee, this is a sign that I need to stick with Under Armour.

There was a shoe sale going on today, so I got a pair of Nikes the line wanna kinda long but actually once I got un line it went so quick only waiter like 4 mins the cashier and staff were really helpful
